What’s Your Excuse w/ Max Ivey - Reunion about internet marketing!

April 27, 2017

The blind blogger Max Ivey, blind podcaster Michael Babcock, and I, Frederic Bye, are chatting about internet marketing and email lists!

Look, there is nothing more exciting than being an online entrepreneur...

...but it comes with its challenges.

The three of us chat about how we run our businesses and their upcoming webinar April 30th!

I, for one, will be there and I am super-excited to participate!

What if I told you that you can use Facebook to increase your number of subscribers and only pay when someone actually takes action?

And learn about the book that completely changed the way I run my business.

It's incredible.

With purpose, passion, and love.

The Frederic Byé Show - Monday Edition

April 24, 2017

Leonard Perlmutter wrote the book The Heart and Science of Yoga.

He will be my guest later this week.

So today, I share thoughts on what I have learned from speaking with him. I talk wellness of mind.

The level of spirituality we hold with ourselves is one way in which we establish some wellness of mind.

Spirituality, on any level, is a way to cleanse the mind and refresh the soul.

Yoga and meditation are not only about the mind, though. They are a state of our whole being. They are a state of mind, body, and soul.

They provide you with the opportunity to reflect on the inside, to relax, to regroup...

Enjoy this brief talk about one of my (and yours) favorite subject.

Have you ever heard of mirror work?

When you mix it with affirmations, your spirit changes. As though a fire is kindled within, and then you begin to feel like a warrior again.

Affirmations are very powerful tools that can be key in bringing about change in your life, whether it is in the form of personal change or bringing new situations.

Self-affirmations are healing, optimistic messages that you give to yourself to counter your negative messages. Affirmations resemble visualization with mental images but words are used instead

Listen as I share my experience with mirror work, affirmations, Louise Hay and Cheryl Richardson...

The Frederic Byé Show - Barbara Jaffe

April 12, 2017

Barbara Jaffe, Ed.D. is an award-winning English professor at El Camino College, California and is a Fellow in UCLA’s Department of Education.

She has offered countless workshops to students to help them find their writers’ voices through writing non-fiction.

Her college has honored her by naming her Outstanding Woman of the Year and Distinguished Teacher of the Year.

Her wish for this book is twofold: first, to help other “replacement children” understand and accept their often challenging journeys as she reveals her own.

Second, to offer a cautionary tale to parents who have, perhaps unwittingly, set the stage in their own families for a child who serves as a replacement for another...

...or is viewed as ‘less than’ by comparison.

Barbara also shares her inner journey to wholeness so that readers might be able to relate to their own challenges...

...and growth whether they are replacement children or just feel 'less than' at times.

Originally a fourth generation San Franciscan, Barbara has lived in Los Angeles her entire adult life.

She and her husband Paul, a psychiatrist, have raised three sons and boast of one amazing grandson and one incredible dog.

7 Steps to Achieving Healthy Self-Esteem

April 10, 2017

Do you ever see someone who is perpetually happy and wish you could be like them?

In my personal experience, I struggled with self-esteem for the longest time.
I was socially awkward. I had a hard time making new friends.
Most of the times, I felt like I was not "enough". These darn negative voices in my head were louder than the positive ones.
I began blaming other people for the state of my life: my mother, my absent father, my friends...
One day I decided that I had enough. I took matters in my own hands.
I read books. I wrote. I did affirmations. I meditated. I trained my mind to love myself.
I am here to tell you that you CAN achieve a healthy self-esteem…
...but it takes time and effort.
In my latest podcast, I suggest 7 steps to getting you started right away!
I posted this short episode to help you on your way to a better self-esteem.
There is no benefit in going through life unhappy. You are missing out.
Listen to the episode and tell me what you think.

You CAN achieve a healthy self-esteem…it takes time and effort.

Here are 7 steps to getting you started on your way!

Joe Pardo on What’s Your Excuse w/Max Ivey

April 6, 2017

Joe Pardo is a special guy with a peculiar story. I'll let him introduce himself:

Society starts with you is more than a motto, it is a way of life. To change society you must first change yourself.

Helping others to achieve their dreams has always been my goal in life. When I was younger I dreamed of becoming a child psychologist in order to help others deal with the strain of divorce. At the age of six I began working with computers which helped hone my problem solving skills. My third childhood dream was becoming a DJ which taught me an endless set of skills and really helped me break out of my shell.

In early-2014 I left my family’s $100 million business in order to pursue my goal of helping others achieve their dreams. Following in my family's footsteps I became a fourth generation business owner. Founding the Dreamer's Podcast in order to help others pursue their dreams in business has been an amazing experience.

Two Hundred and Eighty Episodes of the Dreamers Podcast, two books and countless memories later I have finally realized my dream of helping other business owners. These past three years have been filled with amazing interactions with visionaries of all backgrounds.

Along the way, I have consulted with business owners from around the world on how to better utilize their resources, both technological and human.

Referencing a seminal article entitled “5 Things Your Kids Will Remember About You” released earlier this year by the Pantheos website, I explore the power of memories and how we can become architects of new ones today. You don’t need to be a parent to appreciate the sense of meaning and influence this podcast will convey. You can become the power of memories that can change the lives of others.
